Michael Meshaw

Hi, I'm Michael.

I have lived most of my life in the Wilmington area, except for 5 years in Florida and 7 years in Kenya. Wilmington is where I call home. I graduated from Wilmington Christian Academy and Clearwater Christian College in 1999 (B.S. Physical Education) and Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2011 (M.S. Organizational Leadership). My past vocation was in education, and after returning from overseas in 2022, I moved into the real estate field.

My goal as a REALTOR® is to serve my clients well. I enjoy building relationships and having conversations with people. This allows me to ask good questions and listen well to the why behind their goals. I'm not afraid to get creative to find what you're looking for or help head off challenges as we finalize a transaction. If I don't know the answer, I will find the person who does. Whether buying or selling, I want to be a resource for you as you work toward your personal real estate goals.

I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife Amy and I have three kids (MiKenna, Brody, and Maverick). We are active in our church, leading the couples' small group class. As a family, we spend a lot of time at the area's beaches with friends, playing sports, and I've been able to coach my son's soccer team. I spent several years teaching at Wilmington Christian Academy before moving to Florida, where I worked at Palm Beach Atlantic University. From 2015 to 2022, my family served at Rift Valley Academy in Kenya. After returning stateside, I wanted a profession that allowed me to meet, encourage, and serve people. That led me to real estate.
