Hi, I'm Dawn.
Helping people has always been an important part of who I am. As a North Carolina native, I love where I live and enjoy helping others find their place along our beautiful coast.
I spent more than 30 years in law enforcement before starting my career in real estate, where I’ve now been helping buyers and sellers for more than 5 years. My experience has taught me to listen, pay attention to the details, solve problems, and look out for the people who are counting on me.
I believe in being honest, staying in touch, and treating my clients the way I’d want my own family to be treated. My goal is to make buying or selling a home feel a little easier and a lot less stressful.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two daughters. We enjoy trying local restaurants, the outdoors, taking in the coastal lifestyle, and of course cheering on the Carolina Panthers!
